Justin and his crew completed a major rebuild of my side deck and screened porch—not just a cosmetic repair. The project involved removing deteriorated materials, rebuilding portions of the underlying structure, replacing decking, repairing steps, adding skirting and cladding, rebuilding the screened porch area, installing new screening and doors, and addressing flashing and water-management concerns. They also completed related electrical and finish work throughout the project. This was a large, complicated job involving several different phases, unexpected conditions, and adjustments as the work progressed. The finished deck and porch are now structurally improved, functional, attractive, and far more usable than they were before

Marling’s Home & Outdoor recently replaced our 25X25 foot 30 year old deck which I had replaced 2 additional wood surfaces over the years. That got really old, as did I. I wanted a covered area in front of garage for my vehicles. Was important for it not to look like an added carport. The addition blends in with the rest of the home, with the railings mirroring my front porch. Extremely pleased with how it turned out.
